When will my order arrive ?

  • Processing your order, manufacturing the product and delivering them (free of charge) takes our team a maximum of 5 to 7 working days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

Package not received ?

  • A problem with the Post Office ? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel? With our secure delivery, Wall Tapestry Kingdom will take care of all for you. Your satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to "fend for yourself". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense. Is my information secure ?

  • Yes, the "HTTPS" in the URLs of our shop testifies to the quality of our services. HTTPS is the variant of "HTTP" secured by the use of SSL/TLS protocols. HTTPS is used to protect the financial transactions of e-commerce sites. As e-merchants, we are aware that the use of SSL is becoming a must nowadays. It is the best way to protect your data and to protect you from hackers and identity theft. Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the URL bar of the web browser. It is also represented by an "s" which stands for "secure" and is added to the "HTTP" protocol on the website in the address bar.

What payment methods do you accept ?

  • Our site only offers secure and guaranteed safe payment methods. We accept: Credit Cards - Debit Cards and PayPal Express Checkout. We do not accept checks at this time. Your bank or credit card details will not be shared with us under any circumstances. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor.



How can I order a product ?

  • We make your shopping as easy as possible. 1- Select the product(s) you want. 2- Click on "add to cart". 3- Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right (your "shopping cart") to finalize your purchases. We also offer you the possibility to create an account to make the process even easier.

Track my order ?

  • If you selected tracked delivery, email us at magic@wall-tapestry-kingdom.com. We will send you the tracking number within 24 hours.

Can I combine my discount code ?

  • No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.


How do I place a "bulk" order ?

  • If you wish to order in bulk, please send an e-mail to our team at magic@wall-tapestry-kingdom.com.

  • All our models are made of durable nylon and polyester. Without any harmful chemicals. A very resistant and pleasant textile mix. Our giga screen printing machine offers an HD design with intense colors. With an exceptional international rendering.

Do you sell internationally ?

  • Yes, we ship our models to every state in the U.S. and to every country in the world.

Can I order a size other than those offered ?

  • Yes, to do so, please email us the exact size you require. After validation, you will receive a personalized order link.

How does a refund work ?

  • Once the return has been made and received, please allow 1 to 3 days to receive the refund. Here for more details.

When are new models displayed ?

  • We unveil new models on the 1st of every month. Also, some unusual a few atypical models appear from time to time at the beginning of the week.
